And usually, anonymous employee feedback isn't even possible since there are so few people in the company. But aside from that, I get your point. We should be able to talk with others openly and own our words.
And I think this could be paired with learning to manage our emotions since they can cloud our judgment if not managed properly (which might happen during a feedback conversation).
We should talk more about this topic and learn better ways to handle the feedback process.
