Emotions sell. Now, the key guide would be to know how to make clients more emotionally inclined towards your product. Yes, a discount can help make them feel special, but how do you tackle their insecurities about your software if you don't know where it lies?
I mean, sometimes it's difficult to get to know the emotional part of your client and try to find work on that. That would be a great follow up article ;)
