I didn’t know about the story behind Bach’s chaconne, it adds much more meaning to the piece. I should lay more attention to the context behind a song, it gives a richness we are unaware while we listen to it.

We still fail to make a distinction between western classical music and other genres from that same and oddly enough 500-period of music writing.
