I hate the word ASAP. It has lost its meaning anyway.

I like the quadrants you suggest to organize your work. It's a good way to prioritize and manage the workload.

One thing for sure is that we have to change the view over those long emails. Those don't benefit anyone. It's much more difficult to convey your message in simple terms and right to the point, but that extra effort helps a lot at the workplace. Others will certainly appreciate it.
