I have wondered if constantly having lucid dreams would make you tired the next day. Like if you're even conscious while sleeping, wouldn't you get the rest you really need? But if that's not the case, it's great to experience it on a daily basis.
There's so much you can learn from yourself if you're able to remember it the next day.
I've also wondered how the mind can create multiple layers without this knowledge of each other. Like when you get scared in your sleep, you're reacting to something you created (or another part of you, you weren't aware of it). It's strange. It's like having multiple consciousness interacting with each other.
