I just see a problem with bitcoin becoming something more than a store of value. When the prices rise again, who will want to buy things with bitcoin knowing that they're getting rid of an appreciating asset?

Everyday transactions with a limited currency, while adoption keeps increasing, will have people tense about releasing their sats. They know it will become scarcer and more valuable over time, so why decrease your btc amount in everyday purchases?
