I was in a Waldorf school and music was an essential role in our education. We had flute class, choir, personalized classes with your instrument, orchestra, and small ensemble instances.

It was an integral part of the educational curriculum. The belief is that playing an instrument helps to develop various skills such as coordination, concentration, and self-discipline. Music is also seen as a form of artistic expression that can help to cultivate the imagination and emotional intelligence of students.

Thus, it was a key part of the overall Waldorf educational experience which I was deeply thankful for.
