I would like to learn more about how we could make LinkedIn a better professional platform. I do try to connect with people there but again if I'm not useful to others they might not want to connect. So it goes both ways.

As you point out, the uncertainty of jobs makes everyone trying to grab whatever they can hold too. We certainly need a shift, but the question is how to do it. Any insights on the matter would be much appreciated.
