If we are always making comparisons then we need to rely on more than one sample, or else our life reduces to a very small world. Bits of info instead of larger chunks that can help us have a broader view of things.

All this about sampling makes me think that we all need to learn more about statistics and see the types of errors we get from faulty data, unrepresentative samples, false positives, and raise our awareness on how to deal with samples more efficiently.
