If we’re able to balance the use of our devices and not get consumed by them, then we should be okay. As long as we’re the ones in control!
Music can draw us into a negative feedback loop that it’s difficult to escape from, so we have to be very aware of what we’re feeding our spirit. But if certain songs help us cope with our emotions, release tension, process events, then we should embrace them as long as we see that they’re helping us and not making us dig a deeper hole.
