Yes, the ethical implications are huge, especially for the families of those deceased artists. The artist can be treated as property instead of a human being, sadly. And whose rights are you honoring if the artist doesn’t have a say on how his image is being used?

It’s tough to figure it out, but it’s already reality so we have to address it.
