I'm so frustrated by this! I always want to speak to a human being but I keep being redirected to a voice recognition flow chart. People need to communicate with other people, it's just in our nature, I wonder if that will change in the following years.
Wouldn't people expect good customer service and change to the company that can best provide it? That will send a clear message that good customer service is required for a brand to thrive. We as consumers have more power than we realize.
