Intriguing. I didn't know about his application. I guess he wasn't into working for others so he didn't do a good job with his CV. His behavior didn't coincide with what he really wanted. And that is a lesson you can take from a CV at least.

Maybe he would've been a bad employee, not because of his skills but because his true passion was elsewhere.
