It's amazing how some people seem to thrive in uncertain times while most of us feel on the edge of collapse. Using mindfulness can really make your life better and I don't think it's just a distraction tool but a new perspective on things. It's where you want to put your energy and focus that will make you either thrive or drive you to despair.
