Music can also help you condition your body to rapidly enter into a certain state of mind. If you tend to associate a certain playlist with a certain activity, your body will remember it after a while. You'll be linking these two together (music = state of body and mind) and will automatically enter into that setting next time. It's interesting how you can train yourself for a certain outcome.
Music is a powerful tool, you only have to learn how to use it ;)
