Oh, I didn't know! I checked it out and it looks fascinating how the experiment was carried out and shift the cheese's flavor with music.

So if we see it from a science perspective, Keller says that it's all about frequencies, maintaining a consistent rhythm, and applying it as focally as possible (with transducers).

It would be interesting to learn more about psychophysics on top of the psychoacoustics he describes in this experiment.
