One YouTuber that I follow, Benjamin Cowen, always refers to whale number 3, and it's interesting to watch its moves. You can gain a lot of insight from these metrics but as you say, you should separate signal from noise. Some whales just do it for marketing or deceptive moves to rattle the market.
