That's the other side of the coin! If you're really working hard toward your achievements good looks can get in your way, as you say. It sucks that even with a comprehensive skill set, some people still encounter unjust treatment.

So whether a pretty face creates an advantage or a disadvantage we need a cultural shift towards recognizing and valuing individuals for their skills and contributions rather than superficial factors.
