This might improve the work environment but not get you to that complex word (purpose). Now, it's a good start, don't get me wrong, it's just tough to find how to truly cultivate the search for purpose at the workplace.

We spend so much time at work, it would be a pitty not finding purpose in something we devote so much of ourselves, right? I know, it's not something everyone needs to find (especially at very shitty jobs, or they might, who am I to judge right?), but it's a lot of time there that it would be a waste not to try at least to find some purpose.
