We invest so much time on little purchases that if we would apply this same effort and research to stocks and real estate we could benefit 100x.

The thing is that we know how to do it. We talk to people, we read reviews, we compare prices, etc. We just need that change of focus and we’ll do much better for ourselves.

Apply that same effort on things that really matter in the long run.
