Regarding the focus on my motivations, there wasn't a deeper discussion on it. No follow-up questions to make me think more about my drives and beliefs. I know, a pity.
The first therapist said that's how she usually works with patients. She assigns them TV episodes with some questions I should answer and then continue from there on during therapy. And no, Vikings is a different kind of society, and Merlí is more about philosophy (which indirectly relates to my problem).
The second one was very concrete: "This is what the test says and these are your options", like a vocational counselor, but when I wanted to dive deeper, he wouldn't go that path.
I agree with your approach! It's important to see those transitions between jobs, see if there's a pattern, and unveil the needs I'm trying to meet and what these jobs lacked for me.
