Yes, we’re responsible for our actions and reactions, but sometimes we need to share our feelings as part of our internal healing process. This might be a drastic case, but when a mother forgives her son’s murderer, she is also healing her pain and rage and letting herself enjoy life once again.
Like the story of the two monks tells us, when will you truly set those feelings down and continue your life journey?
It doesn’t mean you forget what happened and leave that all behind of you, it means that you’re able to transform yourself and become a light beacon once again.
